The password for 1210 is different than the password to THREE Back Office. If you are logging in to 1210 for the first time, you will be required to set up a password.
There are two ways to reset the password:
1. Via Back Office – under Settings - Account (bottom of the page) – the password reset sync takes around 2-3 minutes.
