Not For Resale (NFR)
“Not For Resale” means that THREE products are available to order from the U.S. for personal use only in your country. These orders are shipped internationally and cannot be resold. While this model allows you to experience and share the products, it has limitations on business activities and earnings in that market.

How will I receive my commissions?
Commissions in Taiwan are paid in local currency (TWD) via direct deposit to your bank account.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid approximately two weeks after the commission week closes, via local ACH transfer.
What about iiiWallet?
The last commissions paid in USD will be loaded to iiiWallet on July 18th, 2025. The direct deposit for commissions will begin on July 25th.
Will the packaging, ingredients, or approved claims be affected?
Some amounts of specific ingredients, or the names of ingredients, may differ per market regulations. THREE International does its very best to keep our products as close to the initial formulations as possible and we ensure you that through testing we can confirm the benefits and outcomes remain the same for all markets and all formulations.
Are there differences in Packs offered?
Packs and promotions will may be different per each region based offerings in specific regions.
Will taxes and insurance be deducted?
Yes. Taiwan insurance and taxes will be deducted from all commission payouts as required by law.
Do I need to submit any documents to receive commissions?
Required Documents:
- A valid Government-issued ID (front and back)
- A completed Distributor Agreement
If you are already an active Brand Ambassador with THREE, you will be placed on commission hold until you provide these documents.
Does this affect shipping?
Yes, orders will now ship locally and the cost of shipping is included in the cost of the product.

How will commissions work?
Commissions in Malaysia will be paid in USD via Three Wallet until further notice.
Commissions are paid every Friday, with no changes to the current schedule.
There will be a 2% Withholding tax imposed on Brand Ambassadors (BAs) who earned more than RM100,000 in commission from us in the preceding calendar year. It is your responsibility to disclose all commissions from THREE to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and pay the applicable taxes.
Do I need to do anything to receive commissions?
Commissions will only be disbursed after all required documents have been submitted and successfully verified:
- Front and back of a valid government-issued ID (MyKad)
If you are already an active Brand Ambassador you'll need to submit:
- Front and back of a valid government-issued ID (MyKad)
How do you submit a copy of MyKad?
You can submit the front and back images of your MyKad through your Back Office. Simply locate the MyKad Submission widget on your dashboard and follow the upload instructions.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the documents to be reviewed and verified.
How will payments work now?
All product prices are displayed in MYR, and credit cards will be charged in MYR.
Can you use my I-Payout wallet or issue I-Payout vouchers for purchases?
Yes. Commissions will continue to be paid in USD. If you issue a voucher in USD, you can apply that USD voucher to a transaction in MYR.
Can you issue Vouchers in cross currency?
If your I-Payout balance is in USD, you will be able to issue Commission Vouchers in USD.
However, USD vouchers can be applied to transactions in MYR—the system will automatically convert the USD amount to MYR using the current foreign exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Shipping and Pickup Options
How are products delivered?
All products will be shipped locally within Malaysia.
Can you pick up orders in person?
Yes. A Malaysia office pickup option will be available.
How long can your order remain at the Malaysia Office before you are required to pick it up?
Orders must be picked up within 30 days. Unclaimed orders beyond this period may be returned to inventory or canceled in accordance with the company's fulfillment policies.
Smart Ship
If you are currently enrolled in Monthly SmartShip, your existing setup will be deleted.
You will need to manually re-enroll to continue receiving Monthly SmartShip benefits.
