We see you out there working, earning, and building and we want to make sure that you're recognized for all of it! That's what "Recognition" means, it's just us recognizing you for earning bonuses, reaching new ranks, and additional things you're doing great job at.
Each week we post our newest Rank Advancements on our Recognition Instagram and Facebook (3 Saat and above!) pages so you can comment, congratulate, and share your teams accomplishments!

How do you earn a new rank?
In the home page of your back office, you'll see a widget (pictured below) that shows how close you are to hitting your next rank! If you click in to "View Rank Requirements" you'll see simple descriptions of what you'll need to accomplish to reach any of the ranks.
