HOW TO QUALIFY

Three moves. One race.

1️⃣ Personally sponsor 10 NEW Brand Ambassadors and/or NEW customers. Each new BA must enroll with a minimum qualifying first order of 200 CV, new customers must place a minimum qualifying order of 100 CV.

2️⃣ Generate 10,000 NEW Personal Group Volume (PGV) from your newly enrolled BAs and their organizations — built fresh during the promo. Generate 15,000 PGV to hit VIP.

3️⃣ Max 5,000 PGV per enroller tree leg. Spread the volume. Build it wide, not just deep. (Max 7,500 PGV per leg to qualify for VIP!)

Hit all three, and you're Miami-bound. Hit them fastest, and you're VIP.

Terms & Conditions

1. Qualification
   1. The required 10,000 PGV (or 15,000 PGV, if applicable) must be generated exclusively from qualifying volume produced by NEW Brand Ambassadors you personally enroll during the promotional period, the NEW Brand Ambassadors enrolled within their organizations (enroller tree), and your NEW personally enrolled customers. Existing organization volume generated prior to the promotion does not count toward the PGV requirement.
   2. To qualify, NEW Brand Ambassadors must enroll between August 4, 2026, at 12:00 AM MST and November 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST with a minimum qualifying first commissionable order of 200 CV. NEW Customers must place a minimum qualifying commissionable order of 100 CV during the same promotional period.
   3. Volume generated from returned, refunded, or canceled orders will be deducted from qualifying PGV.
   4. Qualification is subject to verification and approval by THREE International.
   5. Brand Ambassadors may earn only one reward under this promotion. Rewards cannot be combined.
2. VIP Qualification
   1. The first 20 Brand Ambassadors to complete all qualification requirements, as verified by THREE International, will earn the VIP Miami Experience.
   2. VIP qualification is determined based on the date and time all qualification requirements have been satisfied and verified by THREE International.
   3. Once all 20 VIP positions have been earned, the VIP portion of the promotion will close. Additional qualifiers will still earn the standard Miami trip, provided all qualification requirements are met.
3. Active Status
   1. Brand Ambassadors must maintain Active status throughout the qualification period and reamin Active until the Miami trip departure date.
   2. Failure to maintain Active status may result in forfeiture of the earned reward.
4. Returns & Compliance
   1. THREE International reserves the right to disqualify any Brand Ambassador whose organization experiences excessive returns, refunds, cancellations, or other activity determined to be inconsistent with the intent of this promotion.
   2. THREE International has sole discretion in determining qualification, eligibility, and compliance with the promotion.
5. Travel Voucher
   1. VIP Qualifiers will receive a $500 Travel Voucher for themselves and a $500 Travel Voucher for one guest.
   2. Travel Vouchers will be deposited into the qualifying Brand Ambassador's THREE Wallet approximately 30 days prior to the trip.
6. VIP Experience
   1. VIP Qualifiers and their guest will arrive one day before the main event to enjoy an exclusive VIP Experience in Miami.
   2. The VIP Experience includes one additional night of hotel accomodations and access to exclusive VIP activities and events as determined by THREE International.
7. Accommodations
   1. Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy for the qualifying Brand Ambassadors and one guest.
   2. Accommodation details for both standard qualifiers and VIP Qualifiers will be provided prior to the event.
8. Registration
   1. Qualified Brand Ambassadors must complete the official trip registration by the announced registration deadline.
   2. Failure to register by the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the earned reward.
   3. Registration instructions will be provided following the conclusion of the qualification period.
9. Airfare
   1. VIP Qualifiers will receive Travel Vouchers to help offset airfare expenses. All other qualified Brand Ambassadors are responsbile for arranging and paying for their own round-trip airfare.
10. Non-Attendance
    1. No cash alternative, reimbursement, credit, or substitute compensation will be provided if a qualified Brand Ambassador elects not to attend the trip.
11. Transferability
    1. This incentive trip, including the VIP Experience, in non-transferable and has no cash value. Rewards may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged.
12. Final Interpretation
    1. THREE International reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.
    2. All qualification and eligibility decisions made by THREE International are final.
