With THREE, it’s easy to earn when you’re sharing the products that you love. Here’s a quick place to reference our Financial Rewards Plan and how some of the top Ambassadors are utilizing it to maximize their commissions.

CAB

How would I use this?

  1. For initial Pack orders placed by a Preferred Customer, the sponsor will receive PIB. All subsequent orders will pay 30% CAB. 
  2. The volume from a Preferred Customer’s order will not count toward the sponsor’s active status.
  3. The commissionable volume of the Preferred Customer’s order will be reduced.
  4. The CV from that order would then roll up the binary tree 

Where would I find this?

  1. CAB bonuses are paid weekly and deposited directly into your iiiWallet account. 
RETAIL COMMISSIONS

How would I use this?  

Enrolling and retaining retail customers is a great way to ensure you’re getting paid with THREE because you make 25% of every purchase!  
PV from Retail Customer Orders will also count towards your active status.
 

Where can I find this?  

Retail commissions are paid daily right into your iiiWallet account. If your retail customer made their purchase prior to 3 pm on a Monday, you’d see those commissions hit your account Tuesday after 10 am MT. 

*Brand Ambassadors in North America (United States and Canada), Australia, Philippines, Japan and New Zealand are eligible for this bonus.

PIB

How would I use this?  

Enrolling new Brand Ambassadors with Packs is a great incentive for both parties. 
The Ambassador who buys the pack also gets additional benefits laid out in the Financial Rewards Plan in addition to the PIB earned by the BA who did the enrolling, everybody wins!.

Where can I find this?  

Find the table under “Product Introduction Bonus” in the Financial Rewards Plan to see PIB amounts in relation to Packs, along with the additional Package Benefits for the BAs who purchase them.

TEAM COMMISSIONS

How would I use this?  

Brand Ambassadors earn a $35 cycle bonus every time their team accumulates 300/600 CV (300 CV lesser leg, 600 CV greater leg). 
Increase the cycle incentive to $45/cycle by:
    •    Personally enrolling 10 or more active customers or Brand Ambassadors. 
    •    Generate 1,000 CV from those customers/BA’s (including personal orders w/max. 200 CV) in a 4-week rolling period.

LEADERSHIP MATCHING BONUS

How would I use this?  

The Leadership Matching Bonus is a great incentive to keep building both sides of your binary tree to grow your team and advance your rank, since you earn a percentage of the commission earned by your team. The higher you rank and the more your team grows in depth, the more you can earn through this bonus!  
You can also increase your Level 1 match from 20% to 30%. The requirements are the same for getting $45 cycles.

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP POOL

How would I use this?  

When the company is growing and doing well, the amount in the bonus pool grows too! Earn additional shares in this pool based on different behaviors like rank advancements (both personal and in your binary tree), maintaining certain ranks, and hitting certain volume amounts.

RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUS

How would I use this? 

Rewards and Tokens can be shared and used to purchase additional product or shared with other people. They can be a great way to reward loyal customers or build up your supply stash of THREE products.  

  • For 1-3 Star, bonus is issued as a Reward Certificate (rewards certificates can be shared) 
  • 3 Star Elite – 7 Star Director bonus is issued as a token (tokens can be shared)  
  • Gold Diamond and above bonus is issued as a one-time cash bonus 

Where can I find this?

*Rewards Certificates are non-commissionable, non-CV, and valid for 6 months.  
+ Tokens can be used for up to 50% of the purchase price on each order and is valid for 6 months. 

TOKENS

How would I use this?  

Tokens are great because they’re shareable and you don’t have to use the full amount all at once, PLUS, you’ll still earn CV. Any balance you don’t use will be re-issued in the form of a new coupon code.   

Where can I find this?  

You can earn tokens by rank advancing to at least a 3 Star Elite OR as part of a promotional pack. See the full Rank advancement table in the Financial Rewards Plan.  

*Most Tokens can be used for up to 50% of the purchase price on each order and is valid for 6 months. Tokens that start with an “E” can be used on 100% of the order total.  

HAPPY TEN

How would I use this?  

Earn a $100 Reward Certificate for every 10 new people placing orders regardless of account type?  That’s amazing!

LOYALTY PROGRAM

How would I use this?  

Smart Ship is a great tool to maintain your own personal PV and active status. Earn $100 Reward Certificate for every 6 consecutive personal Smart Ship orders that process, use it on a subsequent order or share with a friend. 

Where can I find this?  

Set up and maintain your Smart Ship orders in your back office under “Orders”.

REWARD CERTIFICATE

How would I use this?  

Reward Certificates can be earned based off rank advancement bonuses, event pack incentives, promotional incentives, etc.  
Reward Certificates can be shared and cannot be used on packs.  
If the entire balance of the reward certificate isn’t used, a new code will be issued to the user with the remaining balance.

Quick Reference Glossary of Terms:

  • Personal Volume (PV) is generated through your personal & customer purchases. PV is used for Active status determinations.  
  • Personal Group Volume (PGV) is the CV that is generated through your Lines of Sponsorship & from sales to your customers.  
  • Commissionable Volume (CV) is a decimal value assigned to each product, the sum of which is added together for each order placed.  
  • Group Volume (GV) = (Personal Volume, Customer Volume) + PGV + Spillover Volume.  
  • Binary Volume (BV) is the sum of all Binary Left & Right CV within a given period from both left & right legs.  
  • Lesser Leg Volume (LLV) is the sum of all Binary CV within a given period from the lesser leg (the leg with less volume).  
  • Greater Leg Volume (GLV) is the sum of all Binary CV within a given period from the greater leg (the leg with greater volume).  
  • Spillover describes the Brand Ambassadors placed in your Team Tree by those who share the same binary leg. Their sales are included in your GV. 
  • Highest-achieved Rank is the highest rank a Brand Ambassador has been paid over any bonus period.  
  • Paid-as Rank is the rank a Brand Ambassador is paid at for a given bonus period.  
  • Enroller Tree Brand Ambassadors in each of your Lines of Sponsorship are in your Enroller Tree.  
  • Bonus Period begins weekly at midnight (12 a.m. MT) on Monday & ends at 11:59 p.m. (MT) on Sunday.  
  • Active To be Active, a Brand Ambassador must have a minimum of 60 PV 4-Weeks.  
  • Active Status Timeline is defined as 4 complete bonus periods: the current bonus period & the previous 3 full bonus periods.
    PV from orders placed during this timeline is added to determine Brand Ambassadors’ Active status levels for rank & payout calculation determinations.  
  • Smart Ship is an order that automatically processes on a 4-week period & helps to maintain Active Status.
