FAQ

How does the discounted Smart Ship work?
  • The first Smart Ship order will process at $259.00 USD and will generate 130 CV.
  • If the Brand Ambassador remains enrolled in the Smart Ship program, the second and all subsequent Smart Ship orders will process at the discounted price of $230.00 USD and will generate 100 CV each.
  • If the Brand Ambassador cancels their Smart Ship and later enrolls again, the price will reset. Their first Smart Ship after re-enrollment will again process at $259.00 USD with 130 CV, and they will become eligible for the discounted $230.00 USD / 100 CV pricing beginning with their next consecutive Smart Ship order, provided they remain enrolled. Important: The Brand Ambassador will see the regular (full) price displayed in their Smart Ship profile. The promotional discount will be automatically applied when the Smart Ship order is processed, provided they are eligible for the discounted pricing.
Current GLP THREE Essential Pack Smart Ship Subscribers
If you currently have the GLP THREE Essential Pack on Smart Ship, you have two options:
  • Keep your current GLP THREE Essential Pack Smart Ship. If you choose this option, your Smart Ship will continue as scheduled, but you will not qualify for the GLP THREE 4-Pack Smart Ship discount.
  • Switch to the GLP THREE 4-Pack Smart Ship. To qualify for the promotional pricing, you must update your Smart Ship to the GLP THREE 4-Pack either through your Back Office or by contacting Customer Support. This change will not be made automatically.
Current Smart Ship Subscribers with Other Products

Yes. If you are currently enrolled in a Smart Ship with products other than the GLP THREE Essential Pack, you may switch your Smart Ship to the GLP THREE 4-Pack at any time through your Back Office or by contacting Customer Support.
Once your Smart Ship has been updated to the GLP THREE 4-Pack, you will become eligible for the promotional pricing. Your first GLP THREE 4-Pack Smart Ship will process at the regular price, and as long as you remain continuously enrolled, your second and all subsequent GLP THREE 4-Pack Smart Ship orders will process at the ongoing discounted price in accordance with the promotion terms.

If I qualify for the Smart Ship discount, where will I see the reduced price?

Your Smart Ship profile will continue to display the regular (full) price for the GLP THREE 4-Pack. If you qualify for the Smart Ship discount, the promotional pricing will be automatically applied when your Smart Ship order is processed. The discounted price will be reflected on your processed order and receipt.
