Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligible Purchases: Any combination of three (3) individual products qualifies — Create-a-Pack or À la carte purchases made through the Enrollment Page or Back Office.
  2. Exclusions: Enrollment packs, Pre-Paid purchases, and Recurring Smart Ship orders are excluded.
  3. Collagène will be available for purchase during the promotion; however, shipment may be delayed.
  4. If the customer purchases 3 of the same product, they receive 1 FREE of the same product.
    1. Example: Buy 3 Éternel → Get 1 FREE Éternel
  5. If the customer buys a mix of products and no single product reaches a quantity of 3, they receive 1 FREE Imúne for every set of 3 mixed items.
    1. Example: Buy 2 Éternel + 1 Collagène → Get 1 FREE Imúne
  6. If a product reaches a quantity of 3, the customer receives 1 FREE of the same product. Any remaining products that form additional sets of 3 will award 1 FREE Imúne per set.
    1. Example: Buy 3 Éternel + 2 Collagène + 4 Imúne → Éternel = 3 → 1 FREE Éternel; Imúne = 3 → 1 FREE Imúne; Remaining: 2 Collagène + 1 Imúne → 1 FREE Imúne.
  7. The free product is automatically added to the cart.
  8. All three qualifying products must be purchased within a single order to receive the reward. Split orders are not eligible.
  9. Tokens cannot be applied to orders containing only individual products. If an order includes both individual products and an existing product pack, Tokens may be applied only to the pack.
  10. Rewards Certificates are not eligible for use on orders containing individual products.
  11. Products purchased under this promotion are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.
  12. The Brand Ambassador rank adjustment will be applied to the account on Friday once commissions are finalized.
